UsagePricing.com provides a freemium SaaS platform to create and embed usage-based pricing calculators.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Payment and Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly/annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal or harmful usage
• No abuse, spam, or resource exhaustion
• No reverse engineering of the platform

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
