Vercel acquires Stakpak to build out agentic infrastructure

Vercel pricing

Vercel acquired Egyptian-founded DevOps agent startup Stakpak — its second African acquisition of the month — to extend its agentic infrastructure line.

Multiple outlets (FWDStart, Tech In Africa, TechAfrica News, 2026-07-16 onward) reported Vercel’s acquisition of Stakpak, an Egyptian-born DevOps agent startup, described as its second African acquisition in the month.

This is an acqui-hire/capability tuck-in feeding Vercel’s agentic infrastructure push. It is directionally relevant to the token-metered Vercel Agent SKU already tracked on this page; no rate change accompanied the announcement.
