Arize drops published overage rates for AX Pro
Arize removed the explicit $10-per-million-spans and $3-per-GB overage rates from its pricing page; headline prices ($0 Free, $50 Pro) and included quotas are unchanged, but overage pricing is no longer publicly disclosed.
AX Pro overages disclosed at ~$10 per million trace spans and ~$3 per GB beyond the 50k-span/10GB monthly allotment
AX Pro overage rate is no longer stated on the public pricing page; only included quotas (50k spans, 10 GB, 30-day retention) are shown
Arize rebuilt its pricing page into a collapsible feature-comparison table (Core Platform, Observability, Evaluation, Experimentation, Agent Swarms, Security, Support). In the process, the explicit “Additional span traces” ($10 per million) and “Additional GB” ($3 per GB) overage-rate rows present as of the June 2026 capture were removed. A re-capture with every accordion section expanded confirms these figures no longer appear anywhere on the page. AX Free ($0), AX Pro ($50/month), and AX Enterprise (custom) headline prices, along with included spans/GB/retention per tier, are unchanged.
