CrewAI unbundles Enterprise services: 45-day onboarding replaces 50 dev-hours/month
CrewAI's Enterprise plan drops its bundled 50 dev-hours/month for a 45-day onboarding program; forward-deployed engineering and training are now a la carte.
Enterprise bundled 50 hours of development per month plus on-site support and training into the custom-quoted platform fee.
Enterprise now includes a 45-day onboarding program; forward-deployed engineering and further training are offered a la carte (extra cost) rather than bundled.
Proof of change
CrewAI's pricing pages, as we captured them on two dates.
Showing the whole page as captured — scroll either panel, or open it at full size.
- These captures are 50 days apart, so anything that changed and reverted in between would not appear here.
Both images are our own captures, taken on the dates shown. The pixels are unmodified — nothing is retouched, and where a region is highlighted the marker is drawn over the image, not into it. Open either capture to see it at full resolution.
CrewAI’s pricing page previously promised 50 hours of development per month bundled into every custom-quoted Enterprise contract, alongside on-site support and training. As of a live capture on 2026-07-30, that specific commitment is gone from the page — replaced by a 45-day onboarding program, with forward-deployed engineering and further training now offered a la carte. The Enterprise pitch also leads with a broader governance bundle (SSO, RBAC, workload identity, PII redaction) and the page’s Fortune 500 usage claim ticked up from 63% to 65%.
Live capture confirms two tiers: Basic free (50 executions/mo, hard cap) and Enterprise custom with included executions 'sized to workflow' and unpublished 'flexible overage' — the $0.50/execution rate vanished between the 2026-05-03 and 2026-06-03 snapshots. Enterprise bundles 50 hours of development/month, FedRAMP High options, SSO and RBAC.
