First, it introduced a dedicated PSTN phone-number SKU at $2 per number per month, covering provisioned dial-in numbers. Second, it removed the friction on its deepest audio discount: the audio-only rate — which bottoms out at $0.00036/participant-minute under graduated volume discounts — now applies automatically whenever a session carries no video tracks, rather than requiring customers to email [email protected] to have the rate enabled.
