Gorgias repackaged its AI Agent from a pay-as-you-go add-on into a bundled plan component with an included automated-interaction allotment, and raised the overage rate past the allotment from $0.90 to $1.50 per interaction.

Gorgias restructured its public pricing page around a combined “Helpdesk + AI Agent” plan. An “Add AI Agent” toggle, on by default, pairs each ticket-metered Helpdesk tier with an included allotment of automated interactions and shows the two components as separate line items on one bill.

The headline plan prices therefore jump versus the prior helpdesk-only tiers — Basic now defaults to $77/mo (annual) or $90/mo (monthly) rather than $60 — because the AI Agent component is included by default. The underlying Helpdesk component prices (Starter $10, Basic $60, Pro $360, Advanced $900 monthly) and ticket overage rates ($0.40 / $0.36 per ticket) are unchanged; the toggle can be switched off to return to helpdesk-only pricing.

The most material shift is the AI Agent overage. Where Gorgias previously charged a flat $0.90 per resolved conversation with no included block, it now includes a modest allotment (just 30 automated interactions on Basic) priced at ~$0.90 each, then bills every interaction beyond it at a flat $1.50 — a roughly 67% increase in the marginal cost of automation for brands that exceed their bundled allotment. Enterprise (5,000+ conversations/mo) adds SSO (SAML), SCIM, audit logs and a “50% automation in 50 days” guarantee.
