Gorgias publishes starting prices for its Voice and SMS add-ons
Gorgias now shows 'From $25/mo' Voice and 'From $17/mo' SMS starting prices on its pricing page, replacing a section that previously showed no price at all until a call or text volume was selected.
The 'Voice and SMS, when you need them' add-on section carried only descriptive copy and no price card of any kind — the dollar figure was fully gated behind an 'estimate your volume' step, with nothing shown by default.
Voice and SMS each render a priced card by default: Voice 'From $25/mo · annual pricing' (0 included calls) and SMS 'From $17/mo · annual pricing' (0 included texts), each with its own Monthly/Annual toggle and a volume estimator that populates per-ticket and overage rates once a call/text volume is chosen.
Gorgias’s two channel add-ons — Voice and SMS — moved from fully quote-gated pricing to a published “From $X/mo” starting rate on the main pricing page. The 2026-07-14 capture of the same URL showed the “Voice and SMS, when you need them” section with no dollar figure anywhere; the 2026-09-07 capture shows two priced cards (Voice from $25/mo, SMS from $17/mo, annual billing) sitting directly below the four Helpdesk + AI Agent plan cards, each still requiring a volume estimate to see the marginal per-ticket rate. The change extends Gorgias’s transparency positioning — publishing a real number for a line item competitors typically leave entirely to a sales quote — without yet disclosing the full per-unit economics.
Gorgias's Voice and SMS channel add-ons move from fully quote-gated pricing — no dollar figure shown anywhere until a call/text volume was selected — to published 'From $25/mo' (Voice) and 'From $17/mo' (SMS) annual starting prices, each covering 0 included calls/texts. The per-unit and overage rate still populates only after a volume estimate, so full marginal cost remains quote-on-configuration; core Helpdesk and AI Agent tier prices are unchanged.
