Subscription prices are unchanged — Free $0, Creator $29/mo ($24/mo annual), Pro from $49/mo up to $4,300/mo, Business $149/mo for the first seat plus $20/seat/mo. What moved is the metering layer underneath them.
HeyGen’s credit-usage schedule has grown from a short list into a 16-row table covering new generation modes: Custom Expressive Motion at 40 credits/min, Precision-mode video translation at 10 credits/min, Seedance2 video assets at 60 credits (720p) or 150 credits (1080p) for any length, VEO3 at 90 credits, and AI Model Training at 60 credits per training. Video Agent, previously a flat 20 credits/min, is now 30 credits/min in standard mode and 90 credits/min in Seedance mode — a 50% increase in credit burn for the same prompt-to-video workflow. HeyGen’s marketing pricing page still quotes the older 20 credits/min figure in its FAQ, so the two first-party surfaces currently disagree.
The company also put a public number on overage for the first time: Business users buy extra credits at $0.05 per credit, in 100-credit blocks starting at $5, with optional auto-reload. Creator and Pro still cannot buy one-off credits and must step up a plan tier instead. Avatar capacity is now a separately priced add-on as well — $29/month or $300/year per Video Avatar slot, and $49/month per LiveAvatar slot on the LiveAvatar platform. Included avatar capacity shifted in the same pass: Creator now lists 5 Custom Digital Twins and Business 10 Custom Video Avatar slots.
