Ideogram 4.0 added to the per-image API
Ideogram's API now lists an Ideogram 4.0 model tier ($0.03 Turbo / $0.06 Default / $0.10 Quality per image, plus 4.0 Custom inference at $0.06–$0.20), alongside new Generate-with-Gemini, Instructional Edit, Topaz Upscale and Layerize endpoints. The consumer subscription ladder (Free/Plus $15/Pro $42/Team $20-seat/Enterprise) is unchanged.
Per-image API headlined by Ideogram 3.0 ($0.03–$0.09/image), 2-series and legacy models, plus utility/transparent/upscale endpoints.

The API Pricing page (still stamped 'Last revised August 6, 2025') now lists a new Ideogram 4.0 model tier — 4.0 Turbo $0.03, 4.0 Default $0.06, 4.0 Quality $0.10 per image, with 4.0 Custom inference at $0.06 / $0.12 / $0.20. Several new endpoints appear: Generate w/ Gemini (1K/2K $0.20, 4K $0.36), Instructional Edit ($0.20/image), Topaz Upscale (2K $0.12 / 4K $0.24 / 8K $0.48), and Layerize ($0.09/input; Generate + Layerize $0.12–$0.18). 3.0 Flash ($0.03) and transparent-background generation ($0.04–$0.10) are now itemized. Ideogram 3.0 base rates ($0.03–$0.09) and self-serve custom training ($40 one-time) are unchanged.
