LangSmith moves Email Support off the $39 Plus plan, to Enterprise-only

LangSmith pricing

LangSmith's pricing page now checks Email Support for Enterprise only; the Plus plan drops direct email support in favor of a new self-serve Support Portal, while Enterprise also gains a new Slack support channel.

Before

Support feature table: Email Support checked for both Plus ($39/seat) and Enterprise. Plus's plan-card bullets highlighted 'Email support' as a headline benefit.

After

Support feature table adds a 'Support Portal' row (checked for Developer, Plus, and Enterprise) and a 'Slack' row (Enterprise only); 'Email Support' is now checked for Enterprise only. Plus's plan card no longer names a support channel at all.

A side-by-side screenshot diff against the 2026-07-21 capture shows LangSmith quietly restructured its support entitlements without touching seat prices. Two new rows appeared in the pricing page’s feature-comparison table — a self-serve Support Portal (checked across all three tiers) and a Slack channel (Enterprise only) — while the existing Email Support row, previously checked for both Plus and Enterprise, is now checked for Enterprise only.

For a $39/seat Plus customer this is a real downgrade: direct email support is gone, replaced by a ticket-based portal shared with the free Developer tier. Enterprise, meanwhile, picks up a Slack channel on top of the email support it already had. The change is easy to miss because it never touches a dollar figure — Plus’s plan-card summary simply stopped listing any support channel at all, and the only place the shift shows up is the fine-grained comparison table further down the page.

Support entitlements restructured: Plus loses email support

The pricing page's feature-comparison table moved Email Support from a Plus-and-Enterprise checkmark to Enterprise-only, added a new self-serve Support Portal row (checked for Developer, Plus, and Enterprise), and added a new Slack row (Enterprise only). Plus's plan card dropped its 'Email support' headline bullet entirely. No seat or usage price changed.
