LlamaIndex lifts seat limits to 100 users on every self-serve tier
LlamaIndex raised included seats to 100 users on its Free, Starter, and Pro plans — up from 1 / 5 / 10 on the plan cards — while keeping prices, credit allotments, and the $1.25-per-1K credit rate unchanged.
Free 1 user, Starter 5 users, Pro 10 users (compare table 1 / 10 / 25)
Free, Starter, and Pro each include 100 users
LlamaIndex flattened the seat entitlement across all three self-serve LlamaCloud plans. The Free, Starter, and Pro plan cards now each read “100 users,” and the compare table’s Users row moved from 1 / 10 / 25 to a uniform 100 / 100 / 100. Enterprise remains custom.
Everything else on the pricing page is unchanged: prices stay at $0 / $50 / $500, included credits at 10K / 40K / 400K, pay-as-you-go caps at $500 / $5,000 per month, and 1,000 credits = $1.25 in both US and EU regions. Because seats are no longer a differentiator between the paid self-serve tiers, the tiers now separate purely on concurrency, index capacity, and support level.
Free, Starter, and Pro plans now each include 100 users — up from 1 / 5 / 10 on the plan cards and 1 / 10 / 25 in the compare table. Prices ($0/$50/$500), credit allotments (10K/40K/400K), pay-as-you-go caps, and 1,000 credits = $1.25 are unchanged; seats are no longer a self-serve tier differentiator.
