LlamaIndex adds limited-time 800K bonus-credit signup offer to Pro plan
LlamaIndex's Pro plan ($500/mo, 400K credits) now advertises a one-time limited-time bonus of 800K credits ($1,000 value) for new signups on business email domains, forfeited immediately on downgrade.
Pro: $500/mo, 400K credits included, pay-as-you-go up to 4,000K credits ($5,000/mo cap), 100 users, Slack support. No signup bonus advertised.
Pro: $500/mo, 400K credits included, plus a limited-time one-time bonus of +800K credits ($1,000 value) on signup (business email domains only, forfeited immediately on downgrade); pay-as-you-go cap and other terms unchanged. Support label updated to 'Priority Slack support' to match the compare table.

LlamaIndex’s live pricing page (captured 2026-08-26) shows a new “time offer” badge on the Pro plan card and a gift-icon bullet reading “Limited-time bonus: 800k credits ($1,000), one-time*,” with a footnote restricting it to business email domains and voiding unused bonus credits immediately on downgrade. This wasn’t present on the prior capture (2026-07-23). The $500/mo sticker price, 400K base included credits, and the $1.25-per-1,000-credit rate are all unchanged — the bonus effectively doubles the credit value of a first Pro purchase for eligible signups during the promotion window, without touching the published plan price.

Separately, the LlamaParse pricing docs added a new Turbo (preview) all-in extraction rate (35 credits/page, no separate parse tier) and a Spreadsheet-mode billing rule (bills at the Agentic Plus extract rate of 50 credits/page using a 10 + ceil(non-empty cells / 1000) page-count formula).
