Lovable merges Cloud and AI dollar balances into one credit balance
Lovable now bills building, Cloud hosting and AI-gateway calls from a single credit balance. Cloud and AI dollar grants became credits: 20 Cloud and 4 AI credits per month.

One credit balance covers build, Cloud and AI gateway usage. Monthly grants are issued as credits (20 Cloud + 4 AI per month on Free, Pro and Business) alongside 5 daily build credits; every top-up control is now credit-based in Settings, Plans & credit usage.
Lovable has collapsed its three consumption meters into one currency. Previously a workspace held credits for agent messages and a separate dollar balance for Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, storage, network, compute, realtime) and for the AI gateway that deployed apps call. Per Lovable’s docs, remaining dollar balances were converted into credits at the plan’s credit rate, and the monthly Cloud and AI allowances are now issued as credits — 20 Cloud credits and 4 AI credits per month on Free, Pro and Business — layered on top of 5 daily build credits. Lovable states the underlying cost of running projects has not changed and that the Cloud and AI grants are “a temporary offering and subject to change”. The rollout is gradual; Run-usage history starts on the date a workspace switched over, June 1, 2026 at the earliest.
Headline subscription prices did not move: Free $0; Pro $25/mo ($21/mo billed annually, Save $50); Business $50/mo ($42/mo billed annually, Save $100); Enterprise is a platform fee with volume based pricing. Credit top-ups also held at $15 per 50 credits ($0.30/credit) on Pro and $30 per 50 credits ($0.60/credit) on Business, still Pro-and-Business only and valid 12 months from purchase. The pricing page was restyled in the same window: a page-level Monthly/Yearly toggle labelled “2 months free” replaced the per-card annual switch, Pro and Business cards gained a monthly-credit selector defaulting to 100 monthly credits, and support levels are now explicit tier differentiators — community support on Free, email support on Pro, priority support on Business.
