Rox splits Core into Individual and a new Teams tier, doubling the entry price to $100/mo

Rox pricing

Rox restructured its three-tier pricing: the old $50/mo Core plan became a $100/mo Individual plan (still 10,000 actions per 5,000 at the old rate) and a new $255/mo Teams plan with unlimited seats and CRM sync now sits between it and Enterprise.

Before

Starter (free, 2,000 Agent Actions/mo), Core (starts at $50/mo, 5,000 Agent Actions/mo), Enterprise (custom) — all plans full-featured, only capacity gated.

After

Individual ($100/mo, 10,000 Agent Actions/mo, selectable up to 50,000/$500), Teams ($255/mo, 15,000 Agent Actions/mo, selectable up to 60,000/$1,020, unlimited seats + CRM sync), Enterprise (custom, adds data warehouse sync + SAML/SCIM/SSO). The standalone free-forever Starter card no longer appears on the pricing page; "Start for free" now reads as a trial CTA on the paid cards.

Rox’s pricing page now shows Individual, Teams, and Enterprise instead of Starter, Core, and Enterprise. The Individual plan’s $100/mo entry price is double the old Core plan’s $50/mo, but the underlying per-action rate is unchanged at $0.01/action (10,000 actions for $100 vs. 5,000 for $50) — both plans now expose a volume selector (10k/20k/50k actions) that scales price linearly. The new Teams plan, priced at roughly $0.017/action, adds unlimited-seat multi-user workspaces, CRM sync/writeback, and team management controls, filling the gap between individual usage and the custom Enterprise tier. The FAQ copy still refers to “Starter” and “Core” plans by their old names, suggesting the rename/restructure is ahead of a full copy update.
