First close of a $1B round at an $11B valuation (General Atlantic-led, with Seligman Ventures and T. Rowe Price)
SambaNova announced the first close of a $1B financing round at an $11B valuation on July 8, 2026, led by General Atlantic with participation from Seligman Ventures and T. Rowe Price Associates. The raise roughly doubles the company’s prior ~$5B valuation and follows a $350M Series E in February 2026.
The announcement also named JPMorganChase as a new customer selecting SambaNova RDUs for fast on-prem AI inference — reinforcing the company’s positioning around premium, high-throughput inference rather than cheapest-token economics. The systems (SambaStack / SambaManaged / SambaRack SN50) business remains sales-quoted with no public price.
