Fullcast acquires Copy.ai to build an end-to-end 'Plan-to-Pay' RevOps platform
Fullcast, a GTM/revenue-operations automation vendor, announced on 2025-10-15 (Fullcast newsroom, PR Newswire, Copy.ai's own blog) the completed acquisition of Copy.ai. Copy.ai's product is being folded into Fullcast's suite as 'Fullcast Propel (powered by Copy.ai)' within a combined planning-to-execution RevOps platform. Copy.ai's standalone careers/ATS board (jobs.lever.co/CopyAI) now 404s, consistent with hiring having moved under Fullcast.
Fullcast, which describes itself as a leader in Go-to-market (GTM) and revenue-operations automation, announced on 2025-10-15 that it had acquired Copy.ai, positioning the deal as creating “the first end-to-end AI-native Revenue Operations (RevOps) platform uniting planning, execution, and intelligence” and bridging GTM strategy, sales productivity, and AI-powered execution — what the release calls a “Plan-to-Pay” model. Copy.ai’s product is being integrated as “Fullcast Propel (powered by Copy.ai).”
Sourcing: Fullcast’s own newsroom post (fullcast.com/content/fullcast-announces-the-acquisition-of-copy-ai/, datePublished 2025-10-15), the PR Newswire release (prnewswire.com/news-releases/fullcast-announces-the-acquisition-of-copyai-302584121.html, “SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 15, 2025”), and Copy.ai’s own confirmation post (copy.ai/blog/fullcast-acquires-copy-a) by co-founder Chris Lu. All dated 2025-10-15, and all phrase it as a completed acquisition (“today announced the acquisition of Copy.ai”), not an intent to acquire.
Monetization angle: Copy.ai’s previously self-serve GTM-workflow pricing (Chat/Growth/Expansion/Scale credit tiers) now sits inside an acquirer whose core product IS revenue-operations tooling — the buy-vs-build question for Copy.ai’s own monetization stack effectively resolves to “now runs on its parent’s RevOps platform.” Copy.ai’s standalone Lever careers board (jobs.lever.co/CopyAI) returns a live 404 as of 2026-09-10, consistent with hiring having consolidated under Fullcast rather than a paused board.
