Hebbia launched Max, a dealmaking AI agent for bankers and law firms, alongside Matrix. Like Matrix, it discloses zero pricing — access is gated behind a demo request.
Single product (Matrix) — agentic AI for institutional document analysis, sold on per-seat enterprise contracts with no public rate card.
Two products (Matrix + Max) — Max is a distinct dealmaking-focused agent (LBO modeling, target screening, comps, deck generation) with its own nav entry and page, still fully sales-gated with no pricing disclosed.

Hebbia’s site added Max as a new top-level nav item and a dedicated /max page sometime between the 2026-07-29 and 2026-08-11 capture windows. Max is pitched as Staff AI on your next deal — it models LBOs, screens acquisition targets, spreads comps, drafts decks, and works from email, aimed squarely at bankers, private equity/credit dealmakers, and law firms.
Max is a distinct product from Hebbia’s existing Matrix platform (different landing page, different marketing narrative), but it carries the identical pricing opacity: no plans, no rate card, and a Get access gate instead of a checkout flow. It is not yet clear whether Max is bundled into existing Matrix seat contracts or sold as a separate line item — Hebbia discloses neither.
No dollar figures changed for Matrix’s existing reported seat tiers (Professional and Lite), which remain third-party estimates only, unconfirmed by Hebbia.
