Heidi Health collapses its six-tier ladder to four, moves Practice off a public price
Heidi Health cut its plan ladder from six tiers to four, dropping Evidence Plus/Team and moving Practice from a fixed $180/user/month to a sales-quoted price.

Heidi Health’s pricing page (heidihealth.com/pricing) now shows the same four-tier plan ladder — Free, Clinician, Practice, Enterprise — on both its “For Individuals” and “For Teams and Enterprise” audience tabs, where the page previously split into three individual tiers (Free, Evidence Plus, Clinician) and three team tiers (Evidence Team, Practice, Enterprise).
The clearest casualty is price transparency on the mid-market tier: Practice, previously listed at a fixed $180 per user per month billed annually, now shows only “Custom” with a “Talk to us” CTA. The Clinician plan’s headline price is unchanged at $110/user/month (still self-serve with a 14-day trial and a $480/year saving for annual billing), and the Free plan is unchanged at $0. Heidi also added a “Trainees get Clinician, free” program for verified students, first observed in this capture.
