Jotform raises the monthly form-view allowance 10× on every tier at unchanged prices

Jotform pricing

The monthly form-view meter moved from 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000 to 10,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000 / 10,000,000 across Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Prices held at $34 / $39 / $99 per month billed annually and no other meter changed — the first time in the archived record that Jotform loosened a meter rather than tightening one.

Before

Starter 1,000 · Bronze 10,000 · Silver 100,000 · Gold 1,000,000 monthly form views, unchanged since the meter was introduced in February 2016 and last confirmed on the 2026-01-05 pricing page.

After

Starter 10,000 · Bronze 100,000 · Silver 1,000,000 · Gold 10,000,000 monthly form views, with forms, monthly submissions, upload space, total submission storage, fields per form, payment submissions, signed documents and all six AI Agent meters unchanged.

Between the 5 January 2026 and 5 February 2026 pricing pages, Jotform multiplied its monthly form-view allowance by ten on every self-serve tier. Nothing else on the card moved: Bronze is still $34 a month billed annually, Silver $39, Gold $99, and every other meter — 5 / 25 / 50 / 100 forms, 100 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 10,000 monthly submissions, 100 MB / 1 GB / 10 GB / 100 GB of space, 500 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 100,000 total submission storage, 100 / 250 / 500 / 1,000 fields per form, 10 / 100 / 250 / 1,000 payment submissions and 10 / 100 / 250 / 1,000 signed documents — holds exactly where it was.

The significance is directional. Every previous meter change in Jotform’s history moved capacity down or added a new way to run out: the form-view meter itself arrived in February 2016 as a new constraint on plans whose price did not change, and April 2022 converted every “Unlimited” on the paid tiers into a finite number, again without a price change. This is the first observed move in the other direction.

Form views were also the meter Jotform’s own customers understood least. A form view counts every load of a form by anyone not logged into the owner’s account — including a returning respondent reopening a submission to edit it — and it is counted account-wide rather than per form. Jotform’s help centre maintains a dedicated guide to it, and the company’s support forum carries a long run of separate threads from users disputing or trying to reduce the count. Raising the ceiling tenfold removes the meter as a practical constraint for most self-serve accounts without conceding anything on submissions, storage or the AI counters.

There was no announcement. The change is visible only by comparing consecutive captures of the pricing page.

Form-view allowance raised tenfold on every tier at unchanged prices

Between 2026-01-05 and 2026-02-05 the monthly form-view meter moves from 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000 to 10,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000 / 10,000,000 across Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Prices stay at $34 / $39 / $99 annual and no other meter moves — the first time Jotform has loosened rather than tightened the meter its own help centre calls the least understood of the limits.
