Krisp raises Call Center AI CC Core to $15/agent/mo, expands CC Advanced
Krisp raised Call Center AI CC Core 50% (from $10 to $15/agent/mo) and bundled Voice Translation, Speech Analytics, and Voice Security into CC Advanced.
CC Core: "Starts at $10/agent/mo, billed annually"; CC Advanced included a short list — Accent Conversion, Knowledge Chat, Voice Macros, Live Captions, Live Guidance (coming soon).
CC Core: $15/agent/mo, billed annually, listed as a flat price (no longer "Starts at"); CC Advanced now lists six full feature categories — Voice Translation, Agent Accent Conversion, Customer Accent Conversion, Speech Analytics, Agent Assist, and Voice Security — each bundled in as standard.

Krisp’s Call Center AI pricing page raised its published CC Core seat price from $10 to $15 per agent per month (billed annually) and re-packaged CC Advanced around expanded, itemized feature categories rather than a short bullet list. The page also added new customer-proof badges (a 4.7 G2 rating, a 2026 CCW “Disruptive Technology of the Year” award, and Forbes AI 50) and dropped the FAQ accordion that previously sat below the pricing cards, including a question about minimum seat counts for the plan.
The Voice AI SDK's Voice Translation API flips from a 'Soon' roadmap badge (2026-06-04 capture) to fully self-serve: 61 languages, 96% accuracy, a 60-minute free translation credit, Python and JavaScript SDKs, an interactive playground, and a 99.9% uptime SLA, reachable via a 'Get API Key' button with no sales call needed. It is the first self-serve entry point into an otherwise entirely application-gated developer product, and unlike the rest of the SDK it publishes a real self-serve rate card on its dedicated product page: Starter $249/mo (45 hrs included, $7.00/hr overage) and Advanced $799/mo (150 hrs included, $6.50/hr overage), plus a custom Enterprise tier.
