Lever renames its core card to AI-Powered Hiring Platform and drops the ATS Platform label

Lever pricing

The single core card on lever.co/pricing gains a CORE PLATFORM eyebrow and is renamed from ATS Platform to AI-Powered Hiring Platform, under a new headline promising buyers pay for what they need to hire. The page also adds a Powered by collective intelligence from 26k+ hiring teams claim — a figure that spans Employ's whole customer base, not Lever's. Still no published rate.

Before

One card titled ATS Platform, under the headline Right-Sized Plans for Every Stage of Growth, with five feature bullets (ATS + CRM in one, Actionable AI, Powerful reporting, Built-in automation, Seamless integrations) and three add-ons: Onboarding, AI Interview Companion and Advanced Automation. Observed 2025-09-08 through 2026-01-18.

After

One card labelled CORE PLATFORM and titled AI-Powered Hiring Platform, under the headline Pricing That Works the Way You Do and the sub-line Pay for what you need to hire, not complexity you'll never use, plus the claim Powered by collective intelligence from 26k+ hiring teams. Add-ons unchanged at this point. Observed 2026-04-06.

Lever repositioned the one card left on its pricing page. Between the archived snapshots of 18 January 2026 and 6 April 2026, the card previously titled “ATS Platform” was relabelled AI-Powered Hiring Platform and given a “CORE PLATFORM” eyebrow — the first time since mid-2025 that Lever’s pricing page has drawn any explicit boundary between core and add-on.

The page headline changed with it, from “Right-Sized Plans for Every Stage of Growth” to “Pricing That Works the Way You Do”, with the sub-line “Pay for what you need to hire, not complexity you’ll never use.” Lever also added a new scale claim to the hero: “Powered by collective intelligence from 26k+ hiring teams.” That number is Employ Inc.’s combined footprint across JazzHR, Lever and Jobvite, not Lever’s own customer count — Lever’s own marketing pages state “5,000+ Customers Worldwide Trust Lever.”

Nothing about the commercial model moved. There is still no dollar figure anywhere on the page, still a single “Get My Price Quote” button per card, and still no self-serve checkout. The underlying licensing meter is unchanged: Lever’s Terms of Service license the platform against an Employee Limit — the total number of employees the customer employed on the Order Form effective date — rather than per recruiter seat.

The add-on rack at this point was still Onboarding, AI Interview Companion and Advanced Automation. It was replaced wholesale a month later.
