Lever swaps its entire add-on rack: AI Interview Companion and Advanced Automation out, Candidate Insights and AI Screening by VONQ in
Lever replaced two of the three paid add-ons on its pricing page and rewrote the core bundle's feature list to lead with unlimited AI interview transcripts and AI fraud-prevention signals. No published rate for any SKU on either side of the change, and no statement about what happened to the departing add-ons.

Three add-ons: Candidate Insights, AI Screening by VONQ and Onboarding. Core card bullets rewritten to ATS & CRM in one, Powerful reporting, AI-powered screening, Unlimited AI interview transcripts and summaries, AI-powered fraud prevention signals. Observed 2026-05-08.
Between the archived snapshots of 19 April 2026 and 8 May 2026, Lever replaced two thirds of the paid add-on rack on lever.co/pricing and rewrote the core bundle’s pitch.
Out: AI Interview Companion — the product Employ acquired as Pillar in March 2025 and sold on this page as “AI Interview Companion, formerly Pillar” — and Advanced Automation, a SKU that has been on Lever’s published add-on list under one name or another since at least January 2021 (it began life as “Startup Toolkit”). Neither departure came with a note, a migration path or a statement of whether the capability moved into the core bundle.
In: Candidate Insights (automatic assessments and reference checks scored into the candidate profile) and AI Screening by VONQ, a third-party product resold as a Lever add-on and embedded in the customer’s career site. Onboarding survives from the previous rack.
The core card changed at the same time, and the direction is notable: two of its five bullets are now explicitly AI consumption features that Lever has chosen not to meter — “Unlimited AI interview transcripts and summaries” and “AI-powered fraud prevention signals”. Lever can bundle unlimited AI this way because its licensing meter is company headcount rather than seats or usage, so the subscription line grows with the customer independently of how much AI they consume.
Interview intelligence is still sold; it has simply moved off the pricing page. Lever’s AI features page lists “Employ Interview Intelligence (Pillar)” under “Extra Firepower, When You Need it” as a paid add-on. As with everything else on Lever’s price surface, none of the SKUs on either side of this change carries a published rate — every card routes to a “Get My Price Quote” form.
AI Interview Companion and Advanced Automation are dropped from the pricing page and replaced by Candidate Insights and AI Screening by VONQ, a third-party product resold as a Lever add-on. The core card's feature list is rewritten to lead with unlimited AI interview transcripts and summaries and AI-powered fraud prevention signals. Bounded between 2026-04-19 and 2026-05-08.
