Lorikeet caps its voice-resolution credit rate at 3 minutes

Lorikeet pricing

Lorikeet capped its voice-resolution meter: the 1.50/1.20 credit rate now applies only to resolutions up to 3 minutes long. List prices are unchanged.

Before

Voice resolution: 1.50 credits (Start) / 1.20 (Scale), no stated duration limit.

After

Voice resolution: 1.50 credits (Start) / 1.20 (Scale), footnoted '*Voice resolution price is for resolutions up to 3 minutes long.'

Lorikeet’s pricing page now carries an asterisk on the “Voice resolution” line of all three plan cards (Start, Scale, Enterprise), resolved by a footnote under the full plan comparison table: “Voice resolution price is for resolutions up to 3 minutes long.” The credit rate itself did not move — 1.50 credits per voice resolution on Start, 1.20 on Scale, Custom on Enterprise — but the unit it buys is now scoped by call duration for the first time. The page publishes no rate for voice resolutions that run past three minutes, so longer calls become a quoted item.

Every other published number held: Start at $1,500/mo for 18,000 credits per year, Scale at $4,000/mo for 48,000 credits per year, Enterprise custom, chat/email/SMS resolutions at 0.95 and 0.80 credits, routing or analytics tagging and automated QA at 0.30 and 0.25 per ticket, and no per-seat charges or implementation/platform fees on any plan.

Alongside the footnote, Lorikeet published a machine-readable rate card at lorikeetcx.ai/pricing.md, linked from the plan cards as “Pricing also available in machine-readable format.” It restates the plan table, per-ticket credit rates, worked billing examples, and the full plan comparison in plain Markdown — a deliberate move to make an outcome-based rate card ingestible by LLMs and procurement tooling, which is unusual in a category where most vendors gate every number behind a demo.

Voice resolutions capped at 3 minutes; machine-readable pricing published

List prices held ($1,500/mo Start, $4,000/mo Scale, Custom Enterprise) and every credit rate was unchanged, but the voice resolution line gained an asterisk on all three plan cards with the footnote 'Voice resolution price is for resolutions up to 3 minutes long' — scoping the 1.50/1.20 voice credit rate by call duration for the first time. Lorikeet also published a machine-readable pricing file at lorikeetcx.ai/pricing.md, linked from the pricing page as 'Pricing also available in machine-readable format'.
