m3ter is now part of Salesforce; gated pricing unchanged
Salesforce's investment in m3ter converted into ownership: the site now reads 'm3ter is now part of Salesforce'. The four-component gated quote is unchanged.
Site banner read 'We've announced a strategic partnership and investment by Salesforce'; footer copyright '© 2021–2026 M3ter Holdings Limited'. m3ter presented as an independent company with Salesforce as strategic investor and metering/rating partner for Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Site banner reads '🚀 m3ter is now part of Salesforce — Read the full press release here'; header lockup and footer copyright both read 'm3ter from Salesforce' (© 2021–2026). The /pricing page is otherwise word-for-word identical: 'Build your pricing in 4 simple steps' — core platform fee, add-ons, support package, implementation services — with zero dollar amounts and a 'Talk to us' CTA.
Captured on 2026-07-21, m3ter’s site completed its transition from Salesforce partner to Salesforce property. The banner slot that carried “We’ve announced a strategic partnership and investment by Salesforce” since the 2026-03-04 announcement now reads “m3ter is now part of Salesforce,” the header logo lockup is “m3ter from Salesforce,” and the footer copyright changed from “M3ter Holdings Limited” to “m3ter from Salesforce.” The banner links to the press release announcing Salesforce’s definitive agreement to acquire the company.
The commercial substance is unchanged. The /pricing page still opens with “Straightforward, predictable pricing” and “The trusted solution for usage-based billing at scale,” still describes the same four quote components — a core platform fee bundling allowances for usage data ingested and bill calculations performed, incremental add-on allowances plus pre-built CRM and ERP integrations, an enhanced support package, and implementation services — and still publishes no dollar amounts, no tiers, and no per-unit rates. Every path routes to “Talk to us” or “Schedule a demo,” and the /contact demo form is identical field-for-field.
This closes the loop on the corpus’s third usage-billing infrastructure acquisition in seven months: Stripe bought Metronome (January 2026), Adyen bought Orb (June 2026), and Salesforce has now taken m3ter. In all three cases the acquired vendor’s pricing page survived the deal intact — the consolidation is happening at the ownership layer, not yet at the rate card.
The live site now carries a banner reading 'm3ter is now part of Salesforce' (previously 'We've announced a strategic partnership and investment by Salesforce'), the logo lockup reads 'm3ter from Salesforce,' and the footer copyright changed from 'M3ter Holdings Limited' to 'm3ter from Salesforce'. The /pricing page itself is byte-identical in substance: same 'Build your pricing in 4 simple steps' structure (core platform fee, add-ons, support package, implementation services), same 'Talk to us' routing, still zero dollar amounts. Ownership changed; commercial terms did not.
