Mercor's advertised talent rate eases to $109/hr as Enterprise page's offering demos are refreshed
Mercor's advertised 'average contracted rate' fell from $114/hr to $109/hr on roles created rising to 401.9K, its lowest reading since the mid-July rebound. The Enterprise page's four offering-step demos were also visually refreshed; buyer pricing stays fully undisclosed.
Experts hero 'average contracted rate' was $114/hr (2026-08-12) on 349.3K roles created. Enterprise page's Discover/Deploy/Improve/Monetize steps illustrated with an AI-interview voice demo, an agent-configuration screen, a verifier-score table, and a blank tool-selection panel.
Experts hero 'average contracted rate' is $109/hr (2026-08-25) on 401.9K roles created. Enterprise page's four steps now illustrated with a workflow-diagnostic dashboard (Discover), an invoice-reconciliation run summary (Deploy), an effectiveness-vs-cost model chart (Improve), and a partially-populated tool-selection / data-licensing-opportunity panel (Monetize) — same four named offerings and six case studies, still no price shown.

Mercor’s Experts page headline “average contracted rate” continued its multi-week drift lower, easing from $114/hr (as of the 2026-08-12 capture) to $109/hr — its lowest reading since the mid-July rebound to $122/hr — while “roles created” climbed from 349.3K to 401.9K and daily payouts held at $4M+. The live “Latest roles” board also showed heavier-than-usual turnover: seven listings rotated off (including two AI-coding-agent-experience engineering roles and a second, higher-banded Accounting Expert listing) and seven new ones appeared, among them a $200/hr “Legacy Codebase Migration Expert” and two flat-rate survey gigs. The published band held at $60–$250/hr throughout.
Separately, Mercor’s Enterprise page kept its same four named offerings (Discover, Deploy, Improve, Monetize) and the same six named client case studies introduced on 2026-08-11/2026-08-12, but refreshed the illustrative product-screen mockup under every offering step and reworded several “what you get” bullets under Deploy and Monetize. A workflow-diagnostic dashboard (organization chart, per-function AI-potential scoring) now illustrates Discover in place of a voice-AI interview demo; an invoice-reconciliation run summary with verifier pass rates now illustrates Deploy in place of an agent-configuration screen; an effectiveness-vs-cost model-comparison chart now illustrates Improve in place of a verifier-score table; and a partially-populated tool-selection panel plus a new “data licensing opportunity” status card now illustrate Monetize in place of a blank tool selector. None of the refreshed demo content surfaces a price — every offering still routes to “Book a demo” or “Talk to the Mercor team,” with the buyer-side take-rate remaining fully undisclosed.
