Nomic teases a $20/month self-serve tier below its $40/seat AEC Platform

Nomic pricing

A new site-wide banner on Nomic's pricing and product pages reads 'Self Service Starts At $20/Month,' the first sign of an entry tier below the existing 25-seat-minimum Business plan, though plan details are not yet published.

Before

The Nomic Platform pricing page offered only Business ($40/user/month, 25-seat minimum, $1,000/month platform commitment) and custom Enterprise, both sales-led with a single 'Book a Demo' CTA.

After

A 'New: Nomic Self Service Starts At $20/Month — Get Started' banner now appears on /pricing, /platform, and /developer, and the site header adds a distinct 'Login' link alongside 'Get Started' and 'Book a Demo.' A live self-serve sign-in/sign-up flow exists at app.nomic.ai (WorkOS-based), but the $20/month plan's inclusions and seat structure are not disclosed on the marketing site.

Nomic’s flagship AEC Platform has been sold exclusively through a seat-and-commitment structure — $40 per user per month with a 25-seat minimum and a $1,000-per-month platform floor — since its November 2025 repositioning away from open embeddings. The 2026-08-05 capture is the first to show the company advertising a cheaper, self-serve on-ramp: a banner reading “Nomic Self Service Starts At $20/Month” appears across the pricing, platform, and developer pages, none of which link the banner to an actual plan page or checkout flow.

The banner text has no href and no attached click handler on any of the three pages, and its computed cursor style is auto rather than pointer, so it currently functions as an announcement rather than a working call to action. Independently, app.nomic.ai now resolves to a working WorkOS-based login/sign-up screen (with a “Don’t have an account? Sign up” link), and the site header carries a new “Login” item next to “Get Started” and “Book a Demo” — none of which were present in the 2026-06-03 capture, when the header’s only CTA was “Book a Demo.” Together this points to a real, if still lightly disclosed, self-serve motion being layered under the existing enterprise-only packaging — directly addressing the 25-seat/$1,000-month floor that has been the platform’s most-cited access barrier for small AEC firms.
