PandaDoc puts a 110-document-per-year cap on Starter

PandaDoc pricing

PandaDoc added explicit document allowances to every plan on its pricing page, capping Starter at 110 documents a year and pricing overage from $2 per document.

Before

Comparison table showed 'unlimited' documents sent on Starter, Business and Enterprise; only the Free plan carried a 60/year allowance.

After

Free 60 documents/year, Starter 110 documents/year, Business unlimited on annual, Enterprise custom document pricing — with overage tooltips at $2 per document on Starter annual, $3.50 on Starter monthly and $2.60 on Business monthly.

The change appeared between the 2026-04-22 and 2026-04-29 Wayback snapshots of pandadoc.com/pricing. It was the first time PandaDoc metered documents on a paid tier: until then the document allowance existed only on the free plan, which was capped at 60 per year in November 2025.

The overage rates were attached as tooltips on the comparison-table cells rather than stated in the plan cards, and no Business Annual rate was published. PandaDoc did not announce the change in a changelog or blog post.

The cap was withdrawn about ten weeks later.
