PandaDoc withdraws its paid-tier document caps ten weeks after shipping them
PandaDoc removed the 110-document Starter cap and the whole document-allowance block from its pricing table, but left the per-document overage rates published in the page FAQ.

Between the 2026-06-08 and 2026-07-02 Wayback snapshots the documents-limit block disappeared from pandadoc.com/pricing in a full page rebuild — the served HTML shrank from roughly 1.42 MB to 775 KB.
Only half the change was reverted. As of 2026-09-05 the live comparison table promises Starter customers unlimited documents while the FAQ lower down the same page still answers “What happens when I reach my document limit?” with the rates introduced in April: $3.50 per document on Starter Monthly, $2 on Starter Annual and $2.60 on Business Monthly.
Taken together with the April introduction, this is an unusually legible record of a seat-priced incumbent trying to retrofit a usage meter onto paid tiers and backing out.
