Vercel cuts v0 Mini/Pro token prices; adds Trace Drains, Custom Environments pricing, and a 5x Sandbox quota bump
v0 Mini tokens drop ~80% and v0 Pro tokens ~33%; AI Gateway adds a metered Trace Drains SKU and Enterprise invoice billing; Custom Environments gets published overage pricing; Sandbox concurrency quota rises from 2,000 to 10,000.
v0 Mini: $1/1M input, $5/1M output. v0 Pro: $3/1M input, $15/1M output. No Trace Drains SKU or Custom Environments overage pricing existed. Sandbox Concurrent Sandboxes: 2,000 (Pro/Enterprise); fixed vCPU allocation rate of 200/min (Pro).
v0 Mini: $0.20/1M input, $1.20/1M output. v0 Pro: $2/1M input, $10/1M output. AI Gateway Trace Drains: $0.05/1,000 traces + $0.50/GB egress. Custom Environments: $50/month per additional pack of five (max 16 Pro / 22 Enterprise). Sandbox Concurrent Sandboxes: 10,000 (Pro/Enterprise); vCPU allocation now a dynamic quota ramping to 5,000/min.
Four changes landed together across Vercel’s AI and platform surfaces. v0 cut token prices on its two lower model tiers — v0 Mini input/output tokens fall roughly 80% (to $0.20/$1.20 per 1M) and v0 Pro tokens fall roughly 33% (to $2/$10 per 1M); v0 Max and v0 Max Fast are unchanged. Because v0 passes AI Gateway tokens through at cost with no markup, this is the zero-markup policy transmitting an underlying model-price drop straight to buyers, the same mechanic that drove the June 2026 v0 Max Fast cut.
AI Gateway gained a new Trace Drains SKU — $0.05 per 1,000 traces plus $0.50 per 1 GB of trace egress, available on Pro and Enterprise — plus an Enterprise invoice-billing option that avoids payment-processing fees.
Custom Environments, previously documented only by its included count (1 environment on Pro, 12 on Enterprise), now has published overage pricing: $50/month per additional pack of five, up to a maximum of 16 environments per project on Pro and 22 on Enterprise.
Vercel Sandbox quotas rose sharply: Concurrent Sandboxes on Pro/Enterprise jumped from 2,000 to 10,000, and the fixed vCPU allocation rate limit (200 vCPUs/min on Pro) was replaced by a dynamic quota that ramps with sustained use to a maximum of 5,000 vCPUs/min.
Core platform pricing is unchanged — Pro remains $20/seat plus eight metering dimensions, with the same per-dimension overage rates.
v0 Mini and v0 Pro token prices are cut (Mini input $1→$0.20, output $5→$1.20; Pro input $3→$2, output $15→$10 per 1M tokens); v0 Max and Max Fast are unchanged. AI Gateway adds a Trace Drains SKU ($0.05/1K traces + $0.50/GB egress) plus Enterprise invoice billing. Custom Environments gets published overage pricing ($50/month per pack of five) for the first time. Vercel Sandbox concurrency quota rises from 2,000 to 10,000 on Pro/Enterprise and vCPU allocation moves to a dynamic quota (max 5,000/min). Core platform pricing (Pro $20/seat, eight dimensions) is unchanged.
