BambooHR puts all three rates on the plan cards — Core $10, Pro $17, Elite $25 USD per employee/month
The final instalment of BambooHR's staged rate-card reveal. The single 'plans start at just $10 USD/mo per employee' headline was replaced by per-card prices: Core $10, Pro $17 and Elite $25 USD per employee/month, each asterisked to 'Volume and non-profit discounts are available'. The small-company flat rate was restated as $250 USD/mo.
A single headline above the grid — 'BambooHR plans start at just $10 USD/mo per employee. Volume and non-profit discounts are available' — with no price on the Core, Pro or Elite cards themselves. Pricing FAQ flat rate quoted as '$250/mo' (archived 2026-01-21).
Per-card prices: 'Core $10 USD* per employee/month', 'Pro $17 USD* per employee/month', 'Elite $25 USD* per employee/month', each with a Get Quote button. Pricing FAQ flat rate restated as '$250 USD/mo'.
BambooHR completed a rate-card reveal it had been staging since September 2025. The $10 entry anchor had been visible for six months; the snapshot of 18 March 2026 is the first in which Pro and Elite carry prices too.
The published card is now: Core $10, Pro $17, Elite $25 USD per employee per month, for companies with more than 25 employees. All three prices carry the same asterisk resolving to “Volume and non-profit discounts are available.” The flat rate for companies with 25 employees or fewer was restated from “$250/mo” to “$250 USD/mo”, making the currency explicit on both halves of the model.
No rate changed. This is a disclosure event, not a repricing: $10 was already the published entry anchor, and the Terms of Service dated 19 May 2025 had already committed BambooHR not to change any package price “more than once in a calendar year.” What changed is that a buyer can now compute the HRIS line of their own invoice without a sales call for the first time in the company’s history.
The reveal finished in June 2026, when the pricing FAQ’s prose answer was expanded from the entry rate alone to the full ladder: “BambooHR pricing starts at $10 USD per employee per month for Core, $17 USD per employee per month for Pro, and $25 USD per employee per month for Elite.”
What is still not published: the automatic volume-discount schedule, and any rate at all for the four add-ons — Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance and Global Employment. Every plan card’s call to action remains Get Quote rather than a checkout.
Dating note: the date recorded here is the first archive snapshot in which the per-card prices are observed; the previous snapshot, 21 January 2026, still shows only the single headline rate.
Core $10, Pro $17 and Elite $25 USD per employee/month appear on the plan cards themselves, replacing the single starts at $10 headline. The flat rate is restated as $250 USD/mo.
