Deel split Employer of Record into Standard and a priced Enterprise tier, and rebuilt the pricing page around four workforce verbs
The pricing page moved to Hire / Manage / Pay / Equip tabs and, for the first time, showed EOR as two priced tiers — Standard at $599 and Enterprise at $899 per employee per month.

Deel HR appears as Recruit at $14, Recruit & Develop at $30 and Full HR Solution at $56 per employee per month; PEO full-service outsourcing at $125; Deel IT as Platform at $10 per user per month with Device Lifecycle Mgmt from $18, Mobile Device Mgmt at $14 and Endpoint Protection at $12 per device per month, plus a Growth bundle at $125 per user per month.
Deel rebuilt its pricing page around what a buyer is trying to do rather than which product they are buying. The four tabs — Hire, Manage, Pay, Equip — cut the same catalogue four ways, and several SKUs appear under more than one tab at the same price, which is the first sign that Deel’s real billing unit is a worker, not a product.
The headline change is the EOR split. Until this point Deel had published a single “Starting at $599 per employee per month” EOR rate for years. This snapshot shows two named tiers with two published numbers: Standard at $599 and Enterprise at $899 per employee per month, the Enterprise tier justified as “advanced legal and security support”. That is Deel putting a public price on the enterprise EOR conversation it had previously left to sales.
PEO also moved. It listed at $95 per employee per month in January 2026 and appears here at $125 — a roughly 32% increase on the published rate, with the product renamed to “PEO full-service outsourcing”.
The Enterprise EOR tier did not survive. By the September 2026 capture the Hire tab shows only “Starting at $599 per EOR employee per month”, with no $899 figure anywhere on the page — so the two-tier public EOR rate card was a short-lived experiment, and the enterprise EOR price went back behind the demo form.
