Deel IT collapsed from per-device modules into three per-user bundles at $49, $139 and $149

Deel pricing

The device-management line stopped being sold as separate per-device modules and became Starter / Growth / Scale bundles priced per user per month, with the previous per-device rate card withdrawn from the pricing page.

Before

Deel IT sold as a platform fee plus per-device modules: Platform at $10 per user per month, Device Lifecycle Mgmt from $18 per device per month, Mobile Device Mgmt at $14 per device per month and Endpoint Protection at $12 per device per month, with a Growth bundle at $125 per user per month.

After

Three bundles on the Equip tab, all priced per user per month: Starter at $49 (Deel IT Platform, Device Lifecycle Management, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint Protection), Growth at $139 (adds 24/7 Global IT Support) and Scale at $149 (adds Access Management). The page notes 'Any individual item in a bundle can also be purchased standalone' but no longer publishes the standalone rates.

Deel IT changed billing unit and lost its rate card in the same move. Where the June 2026 pricing page metered device management per device — $14 for MDM, $12 for endpoint protection, from $18 for the lifecycle service — the September page prices three bundles per user per month and stops publishing what any single module costs.

The switch matters because devices and users are not the same population. A company with contractors on personal hardware, or employees with a laptop and a phone, gets a materially different bill under per-user than under per-device, and there is no longer a published rate to model either way.

The bundle ladder is also unusually steep at the bottom. Starter at $49 per user per month already carries the whole device stack; Growth costs $139 — nearly triple — and the only stated addition is “24/7 Global IT Support”. Scale adds Access Management for a further $10. That shape prices live human support, not software, as the expensive component, which is consistent with the asterisked note that most of the line items are “Managed: Fully set up, monitored, and maintained by the Deel IT team”.

The page still says standalone purchase is possible — “Any individual item in a bundle can also be purchased standalone” — but a buyer who wants only MDM now has to ask for the number.

The date is first observation on Deel’s live pricing page; the previous per-device packaging was last seen in the 4 June 2026 archive snapshot, so the change landed somewhere in that window.
