Deel withdrew the published price for its full HR suite and repriced the mid-tier down

Deel pricing

The top Deel HR tier lost its list price and became CUSTOM PRICING, while the mid tier was renamed and cut from $30 to $22 per employee per month.

Before

Deel HR published a three-step ladder with a price on every step: Recruit at $14, Recruit & Develop at $30 and Full HR Solution at $56 per employee per month.

After

Four cards on the Manage tab: Core HR at $5, Recruit at $14 and Develop at $22 per employee per month, then Full Deel HR carrying 'CUSTOM PRICING — Tailored to your team, let's find the right fit' with no figure. Full Deel HR is described as everything in Core HR, Recruit and Develop plus Compensation, Workforce Planning, Anonymous Reporting and Talent.

Deel’s HRIS ladder moved in two directions at once. The middle rung got cheaper and narrower — “Recruit & Develop” at $30 per employee per month became “Develop” at $22, with recruiting split back out into its own $14 tier — while the top rung stopped having a price at all.

Losing the $56 figure is the substantive change. Full Deel HR is where the modules a large employer actually needs now live: Compensation (“Run structured pay reviews and manage salary bands”), Workforce Planning (“Model headcount, forecast costs, and plan scenarios”), Anonymous Reporting and Talent. All four of those were separately priced cards on the 2025 pricing page — Deel Compensation at $15 and Deel Workforce Planning at $18 per employee per month. They are now only reachable through a bundle whose price is a conversation.

The visible ladder still starts low. Core HR at $5 per employee per month is the wedge: a cheap system of record that makes Deel the place the employee list lives, which is what the per-worker EOR, payroll, contractor and IT meters all attach to. The pattern is a cheap floor with a published price and an unpriced ceiling — the buyer can self-qualify into Deel but cannot self-qualify into the full suite.

The date is first observation on Deel’s live pricing page; the previous three-price ladder was last seen in the 4 June 2026 archive snapshot.
