Netlify removes disclosed Enterprise price floor

Netlify pricing

Netlify's pricing page no longer shows a starting price for Enterprise -- the card now reads only Custom instead of the previously disclosed Custom, starts at $500/month, aligning it with the fully sales-quoted convention most contact-sales tiers use.

Before

Enterprise: Custom, starts at $500/month (visible floor price shown beneath the plan name).

After

Enterprise: Custom, with no price or floor shown -- Contact Sales only.

Between the 2026-07-29 and 2026-08-04 captures, Netlify’s pricing page (netlify.com/pricing) dropped the “starts at $500/month” caption that previously appeared under the Enterprise tier’s “Custom” label. The card now shows only “Custom” above “Scale with confidence,” with no dollar figure anywhere in the tier. No other pricing changed: Free ($0), Personal ($9/month), Pro ($20/month base, unlimited members, 3,000 credits with selectable tiers up to 20,000), the usage-credit rates (production deploys 15 credits, compute 10 credits/GB-hour, bandwidth 20 credits/GB, web requests 2 credits/10k requests), and the AI-inference conversion (180 credits per $1 of underlying model spend) were all verified unchanged against the prior capture.

The change reduces Netlify’s price transparency on its highest tier — Enterprise had been unusual among contact-sales tiers for disclosing any number at all. It is unclear whether the underlying enterprise contract floor changed; only its public disclosure did. Source: netlify.com/pricing (screenshot diff, 2026-07-29 vs 2026-08-04 captures).
