Atlassian discloses Rovo credit overage pricing; JSM gets 10x the credit pool

Atlassian’s Rovo licensing FAQ added a new “Rovo Credits & Usage-Based Pricing” section that publishes, for the first time in this corpus’s capture history, an explicit pay-as-you-go overage rate for the shared Rovo credit pool: “Pay as you go: Pay at the list price of $0.01 per credit over your allowance ($10.00 per 1,000 credits),” alongside prepaid volume-discount packs and a “Turn off extra usage” toggle. The same FAQ section discloses a per-product-family split in the base allowance that this corpus had not previously captured: “Jira, Confluence: 25 credits / user / month (Standard), 70 credits / user / month (Premium), 150 credits / user / month (Enterprise)” versus “Teamwork Collection, Service Collection: 250 credits / user / month (Standard), 700 credits / user / month (Premium), 1,500 credits / user / month (Enterprise).” That 10x differential is corroborated directly on the Jira Service Management pricing page, where Standard now shows “250 Rovo credits + 1,000 indexed objects per user/month” versus Jira Standard’s unchanged 25 credits + 100 indexed objects. Seat prices for Jira, Confluence, and JSM were unchanged; this is a disclosure and entitlement change, not a seat-price move.
