Gusto Solo moves onto the main pricing page as a Pay Myself tab at $49/mo + $6/mo per person

Gusto pricing

The Gusto pricing page now splits into two audience tabs, Pay My Team and Pay Myself. Solo, previously reachable only via an off-page link, is priced inline at $49/mo plus $6/mo per person — the same rate card as Simple, with a different feature set.

Before

Pricing page showing Simple, Plus, Premium and Contractor Only in one grid, with Solo reachable only through a link reading: Need to pay yourself compliantly as an S corp? Pay yourself and get tax-saving solutions. See Gusto Solo plan (archived 9 June 2026).

After

Pricing page with a Pay My Team / Pay Myself tab control. Pay My Team carries Contractor Only, Simple, Plus and Premium; Pay Myself carries Solo at $49/mo + $6/mo per person with S corp compliance features and the Solopreneur Platform.

Gusto Solo launched in August 2025 but did not have a price on the main pricing page. Through the 9 June 2026 capture the page listed Simple, Plus, Premium and Contractor Only, with Solo relegated to a cross-link.

As captured on 10 September 2026, the page carries a two-tab control — Pay My Team and Pay Myself — and Solo is priced inline on the second tab at $49/mo plus $6/mo per person: an identical rate card to Simple, with a different feature set built around compliant self-pay, a reasonable-salary calculator, S corp election and compliance, and access to the Solopreneur Platform (Solo 401(k), health benefits, bill pay and invoicing, contractor payments).

Two consequences. Gusto’s published lineup is now five priced plans rather than four, spanning a one-person S corp to a multi-state scaling business, with no contact-sales tier anywhere. And the pricing page’s default view no longer shows every plan — the Solo rate is invisible unless a visitor switches tabs, which is a discoverability trade Gusto made in exchange for a cleaner primary grid.

Dating note: the change is bracketed between the 9 June 2026 archive capture, which still linked out to Solo, and the 10 September 2026 first-party capture, which shows the tab. This entry is dated to the first date the tabbed page is observed.

Contractor Only lists a struck-through $35/mo base against a promotional $0/mo for the first 6 months, still plus $6/mo per person.
