Intercom cuts Essential plan 35% with a new-customer offer ($29 → $19/seat)
Intercom now runs a new-customer offer taking the Essential plan 35% off, from $29 to $19 per seat/month ($348 → $228/yr). Advanced ($85), Expert ($132), and the $0.99/Fin-outcome meter are unchanged.
Essential $29/seat/mo (annual; $348/yr)
Essential $19/seat/mo new-customer offer (annual; $228/yr) — $29 remains list
Intercom’s pricing page now headlines a “New customer offer: Save 35% on Essential plan,” showing the entry tier as a struck-through $29 alongside an active $19 per seat/month. The pricing calculator confirms the change, defaulting Essential to $19/seat/mo (Full seats $19.00/mo) and billing “annually at $348.00 $228.00” — exactly $19 × 12, a 35% cut off the $29 × 12 list.
The two upper platform tiers are untouched — Advanced remains $85/seat/mo and Expert $132/seat/mo — as is Intercom’s signature $0.99-per-Fin-outcome meter across every tier and standalone Fin (50-outcome/month minimum, no seat fee). Add-ons are also unchanged: Pro at $99/mo (analysis of 1,000 conversations), Copilot at $29/agent/mo annual ($35 monthly) on intercom.com, and Proactive Support Plus at $99/mo (500 messages).
The offer is scoped to new customers and to the Essential entry tier only; $29 remains the durable list price. The discount narrows Intercom’s entry-tier seat fee toward the $19/helpdesk-seat figure Fin already advertises on fin.ai, lowering the platform-access barrier while keeping the outcome meter — the real bill driver at volume — intact.
Intercom launches a standing new-customer offer cutting the Essential entry tier 35% — $29 list struck to $19/seat/mo (annual $348 → $228). Advanced ($85), Expert ($132), and the $0.99/Fin-outcome meter are unchanged; the discount is scoped to the Essential tier for new customers only.
