Intercom ends 35%-off Essential offer — entry tier back to $29/seat
Intercom's June-2026 new-customer offer cutting Essential 35% ($19/seat, $228/yr) has ended; the pricing page and calculator now show Essential at its flat $29/seat list rate ($348/yr). Advanced, Expert, and the $0.99/Fin meter are unchanged.
Essential $19/seat/mo (35% new-customer offer; $228/yr)
Essential $29/seat/mo list ($348/yr)
A “Save 35% on Essential plan” new-customer promotion that was live on Intercom’s pricing page on 2026-06-24 — striking the $29 Essential entry tier to $19/seat/mo ($348 → $228 billed annually) — is no longer present as of the 2026-06-30 capture. Both the main pricing page and the pricing calculator show Essential back at its flat $29/seat list rate ($348/yr), with no “Save 35%” banner or struck-through $19.
The offer was always scoped to the entry tier for new customers only; Advanced ($85/seat) and Expert ($132/seat) were never part of it and are unchanged, as is the $0.99-per-Fin-outcome meter that drives the bulk of an Intercom bill at volume. The durable Early Stage Program (93% first-year discount for sub-15-employee, sub-$10M-funded startups) also remains in place. This is the expiry of a temporary acquisition-lever discount rather than a structural repricing.
