Wispr Flow launches Wispr Notetaker, bundled free into every Dictation plan

Wispr Flow pricing

Wispr shipped a second product, Wispr Notetaker (meeting transcription, speaker ID, cross-meeting Q&A, MCP export), as a new nav item and help-center collection — included in Free and Pro at no extra seat price, with Enterprise marked 'coming soon'.

Before

Wispr Flow sold a single product (voice dictation) across Free/Pro/Enterprise tiers, with Team usage dashboards as the only meeting-adjacent feature.

After

Wispr Flow now sells two bundled products — Dictation and Wispr Notetaker — on the same Free/Pro/Enterprise ladder with no new SKU or price; Notetaker is live on Free and Pro (Mac only) and 'Coming soon' on Enterprise.

As of the 2026-08-11 capture, Wispr Flow’s marketing site and help center both show a new top-level product: Wispr Notetaker. The site nav changed from “Dictation | Business | Pricing” to “Dictation | Notetaker | Business | Pricing,” the help center’s collection list gained a dedicated “Wispr Notetaker” section, and the footer’s product list now shows two cards — “Wispr Flow Dictation” and “Wispr Flow Notetaker” (marked “New”).

Notetaker transcribes and summarizes meetings and voice memos, identifies speakers, answers questions across a user’s meeting history, connects to a user’s calendar and Slack, and exports notes into Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-connected AI tools. Critically, it is not a new pricing tier or SKU — it rides the existing Dictation seat. The pricing-page comparison matrix gained a new “Notetaker” section showing the feature checked for Free and Pro (Mac only, with a weekly meeting limit on Free and higher limits plus extended note retention on Pro) and “Coming soon” for Enterprise, with a matching pricing-card footnote (“*Notetaker coming soon to Enterprise”). The Business page pitches “Wispr Notetaker for Teams” with a new admin usage dashboard for adoption/ROI tracking, explicitly noting that “Individual recordings and transcripts stay private. Always.”

The Free-tier pricing card also picked up a cosmetic rename, from “Flow Basic” to simply “Free,” and the Pro card’s feature copy now lists “Access to advanced AI thinking models” as a named benefit. None of Wispr’s headline prices moved — Free stays $0, Pro stays $12/user/mo annual ($15/mo monthly, confirmed unchanged via a fresh USD second-source fetch and via the ₹320/user/mo India-localized figure), and Enterprise remains contact-sales.

Help center surfaces an undisclosed free student plan

The Flow Discounts help-center article (updated ~2026-07-30) begins describing a verified-student-only free, unlimited-words annual plan claimed via a desktop-app sidebar card ('Claim free plan — no credit card required'), backed by four new FAQ entries. It runs alongside — and is not reconciled with — the existing 3-months-free-then-$6/month student discount still shown on the public wisprflow.ai/students marketing page.
