15Five dropped its standalone Focus OKR plan and raised two of the three remaining seat prices, moving Perform from $8 to $10 and Total Platform from $14 to $16 per user per month.

The four-SKU card 15Five built after the Emplify acquisition lasted about two years. Focus, the standalone OKR plan sold at $8 per user per month, disappeared from the pricing page, and its goal-management features were folded into Perform — which absorbed a 25% increase at the same time. Total Platform, the bundle of everything, moved from $14 to $16.
The manager-training line was restructured in the same pass: Transform stayed at $99 per manager per month and gained a Transform Accelerator tier at $220 per manager per month for live coaching cohorts. The AI branding on the card at this point was “Spark AI”, which itself disappeared from the page before the end of the year.
