This is the most usage-shaped decision in 15Five’s pricing history and it required no metering infrastructure at all. Rather than licensing an entire manager population for a service most managers consume irregularly, 15Five shrank the unit: a credit buys one live 1:1 session, five credits buy one group session, and a customer can now buy coaching for six managers instead of sixty.
The on-demand content half of the old Transform bundle was renamed “Copilot & Content” and stayed at $99 per manager per month, and a Compensation add-on was priced for the first time at $9 per user per month, described on the card as available on all packages. The “Spark AI” brand that had appeared on the plan cards since early 2024 was gone by this snapshot.
