Kona splits into two SKUs and moves half its billing onto every employee
15Five broke Kona into a $2 per-employee meeting assistant and a $19 per-manager coach, and lifted Perform from $10 to $11 per user per month in the same repackage.

The headline number went down and the billable base went up. Kona’s single $29 per-manager SKU became two: the coach half stayed on the manager population at $19, while the meeting-assistant half moved onto a $2 per-employee base. For a company with 200 employees and 25 managers, that turns a 25-seat meter into a 225-seat one.
The same repackage lifted Perform from $10 to $11 per user per month, added a second Compensation SKU at $11 per user per month with Mercer real-time salary benchmarking replacing the earlier Comprehensive partnership, retired the Transform brand from the pricing page in favour of “Manager Products”, and deleted the “How much does 15Five cost?” FAQ entry that had previously restated every seat price.
