Rippling announced its Series G on 2025-05-09: $450M in new financing at a $16.8B post-money valuation, up from the $13.5B carried at the 2024 Series F, plus a tender offer to repurchase up to $200M of equity from current and former employees. The round had no lead; participants included Elad Gil, Sands Capital, GIC, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Baillie Gifford and Y Combinator, which Rippling disclosed at the same time was also a customer. The company said an IPO was not imminent. Cumulative funding stands at roughly $1.85B.

No pricing surface moved in the same window. The pricing page hero had already stopped naming a rate in September 2024, and the page title would drop the rate four months after this round, in September 2025.
