Texting and Video interviews add-ons rise by $10 a month each

Workable pricing

Workable raised two of its three Standard-plan premium tools at the 1 - 20 employee band — Texting from $79 to $89 a month and Video interviews from $99 to $109 — while Assessments held at $59.

Before

The 2026-03-17 capture of workable.com/pricing lists the Standard add-ons as 'Texting + $79 /mo', 'Video interviews + $99 /mo' and 'Assessments + $59 /mo' at the 1 - 20 employee band on the annual cycle, with the HR-side 'Performance & Engagement + $39 /mo'.

After

The 2026-09-10 first-party capture lists 'Texting + $89 /mo', 'Video interviews + $109 /mo', 'Assessments + $59 /mo' and 'Performance & Engagement + $39 /mo' at the same band and cycle.

A quiet 12.6 percent increase on Texting and a 10.1 percent increase on Video interviews, at the smallest employee band. Assessments and Performance & Engagement were left alone.

The increase compounds with a mechanic that is not visible on the card itself: premium-tool prices scale with the employee band, not just the plan. At the 201 - 400 band the same four add-ons read $339, $509, $259 and $579 a month, and at 801 - 1000 they read $569, $849, $449 and $929. Workable’s help centre states the rule directly — “The price will be calculated based on your company size. For example, if you purchased a plan for 21-50 employees, the premium tool price will be calculated based on that number of employees” — but the pricing page shows only the band the visitor has selected, so the headline $89 is the floor of a range that reaches $569 for the same feature.

Monthly billing carries its own uplift on the add-ons: on the monthly toggle at the 1 - 20 band they read $105, $130, $70 and $50 rather than $89, $109, $59 and $39.

Workable Agent puts a per-candidate-action credit meter back on the page

Workable publishes a consumption meter for the first time since retiring per-job pricing: 'The Agent consumes AI credits for each distinct action it takes on a candidate' — 1 credit to evaluate, 2 to source, 10 for a candidate chat — sold as 5,000 credits at $0.12 ($600), 10,000 at $0.10 ($1,000) or 50,000 at $0.095 ($4,750), with 3,000 free credits per paid account, a one-year expiry and no refunds. The same day Workable announced an AI Credits Report showing 'exactly how they are spending AI credits across every stage of recruiting', available 'for all Workable plans at no additional cost'. Bounded against the 2026-05-17 capture, the last complete archived page with no AI-credit section; the intervening captures are JavaScript shells and record nothing either way.
