Workday ships a second, parallel Flex Credits rate card that disagrees with the first
Rate card v262.3 publishes 14 additional rows covering the Revenue Contract Agent, Contingent Sourcing Agent and Workday Data Cloud, 13 of them footnoted as design-phase, and states a different Frontline rate than the generally-available card dated the same day.
On 2026-09-02 Workday published two Flex Credits rate cards from the same legal directory, both carrying “Last Updated September 2, 2026”.
The two-page generally-available card prices 15 shipping skills. The three-page card at a separate URL, labelled v262.3, repeats those rows and adds 14 more: Revenue Contract Agent contract creation (25 credits per contract), three further Frontline Agent skills, two Contingent Sourcing Agent skills (including contingent talent rediscovery at 750 credits per requisition), and seven Workday Data Cloud metering rows covering rows read, processed, published, scanned and materialised.
Thirteen of the fourteen additional rows are asterisked with the footnote that they are “not generally available as of the Effective Date of this Rate Card … still in the design phase … functionality and pricing are subject to change or removal at any time and may never be made available to Customer for use.”
The two cards disagree on one shipping rate: the Frontline Agent’s spreadsheet time-entry skill reads 15 credits per upload on the generally-available card and 5 on v262.3, on the same date.
The v262.3 URL has no snapshots in any public web archive, indicating it is a new document rather than a revision of an existing one.
Workday's public Flex Credits Rate Card is republished as v262.3, extending the generally-available card with design-phase rows for the Revenue Contract Agent, Contingent Sourcing Agent and Workday Data Cloud, and re-rating the Frontline Agent's spreadsheet time-entry skill from 15 credits per upload to 5. The generally-available card, republished the same day, still says 15.
