Lattice replaced its plan ladder with a per-module rate card and split Goals & OKRs into its own SKU

Lattice pricing

The three-plan structure (Performance $9, Performance & Engagement $12, Enterprise custom) was replaced by standalone module cards. Performance Management repriced to $8 person/month, Goals & OKRs became a separate $8 SKU, and a 'Bundle and save' card sold the pair at $11 against a struck-through $16. Grow moved from +$3 to +$4.

Before

Plans: Performance at $9 person/month, Performance & Engagement at $12 person/month, Enterprise at Custom, plus a Grow add-on badged NEW at +$3 person/month. Minimum annual agreement of $4,000, all contracts billed annually.

After

Modules: Performance Management at $8 person/month and OKRs & Goals at $8 person/month as separate cards, with a RECOMMENDED 'Bundle and save' card at $11 person/month shown against a struck-through $16. Additional products: Engagement at +$4 person/month and Grow at +$4 person/month. Compensation listed as COMING SOON in the footer. Minimum annual agreement of $4,000 unchanged.

Until the January 2022 snapshot Lattice sold plans: Performance at $9 per person per month, Performance & Engagement at $12, an unpriced Enterprise tier, and a Grow add-on badged NEW at +$3. By the 12 May 2022 snapshot that ladder is gone and a module card has taken its place.

The structural move is the split. Goals and OKRs had been features inside the Performance plan; they became OKRs & Goals, a standalone product at $8 per person per month, sold alongside Performance Management at the same $8. Buying only OKRs became possible for the first time, and buying only Performance got 11% cheaper than the old $9 plan.

The bundle is the interesting part. Lattice created a “Bundle and save” card priced at $11 person/month and displayed it against a struck-through $16 — the sum of the two components it had just manufactured. The 31% saving is only legible because the un-bundled prices exist publicly; a year earlier there was nothing to strike through.

Around the anchor, the add-ons settled into the shape they would hold for years: Engagement at +$4 and Grow at +$4 per person per month, with Compensation still marked COMING SOON in the site footer. The $4,000 minimum annual agreement and the annual-billing rule carried over from the plan era untouched.

Plan ladder replaced by a module rate card; Goals & OKRs splits out at $8

Performance Management and OKRs & Goals each stand alone at $8 per person per month, with a RECOMMENDED 'Bundle and save' card selling the pair at $11 against a struck-through $16 — a 31% saving that is only legible because Lattice had just created the components. Engagement and Grow sit underneath at +$4 each; Compensation is COMING SOON.
