Lattice priced its HRIS add-ons: Payroll at +$6 seat/mo and Time Tracking at +$2 seat/mo
Payroll left 'Early Access' and Time Tracking left 'Coming soon'; both got public rates on the HRIS column of the rate card. A fully loaded HRIS customer was now an $18 seat/month proposition before buying a single talent module, with an asterisk restricting HRIS and Payroll to US-based businesses and a limited UK beta.

HRIS column showing Core HRIS at $10 seat/mo, Payroll at +$6 seat/mo ('US payroll & automated tax filings in all 50 states') and Time Tracking at +$2 seat/mo ('Time clock and payroll-ready timesheets'), under the footnote '*Lattice HRIS currently available for US-based businesses. Limited beta testing in the UK. Availability in other regions coming soon.'
The last two pieces of Lattice’s system-of-record stack got public rates between the 25 February and 14 May 2025 snapshots: Payroll at +$6 seat/mo and Time Tracking at +$2 seat/mo, both attached to Core HRIS at $10.
That completed a second, parallel rate card. A customer buying the whole record layer was at $18 seat/month; adding Foundations on top took them to $29 seat/month, more than twice what Lattice’s talent-only buyers paid. The company was, briefly, pricing like a full-suite HR platform rather than a performance-management specialist.
The footnote is the tell about how far the product had actually travelled: “Lattice HRIS currently available for US-based businesses. Limited beta testing in the UK. Availability in other regions coming soon.” That is a US-only record layer under a talent suite with global customers. The same snapshot carries a promotional banner reading “HRIS & Payroll falling short? Upgrade to Lattice on us” — Lattice was offering to absorb migration costs to win the seat. Six months later the entire column — Core HRIS, Payroll and Time Tracking — was removed from the rate card and both products were put on a sunset path.
Payroll leaves Early Access and Time Tracking leaves Coming Soon, making a fully loaded record-layer customer an $18 seat/month proposition before any talent module. A footnote restricts HRIS and Payroll to US-based businesses with limited beta testing in the UK.
