Lattice raised Foundations from $11 to $13 and Performance from $8 to $10 seat/month

Lattice pricing

The first list-price increase on Lattice's rate card since 2022. The Foundations package rose 18% and the standalone Performance SKU rose 25%. Goals & OKRs ($8), Engagement ($4), Compensation (+$6) and Grow (+$4) were untouched, as was the $4,000 minimum annual agreement — and the FAQ answer saying Performance unbundles at $8/month was not updated.

Before

Foundations at $11 seat/month; Build your custom package base products Performance $8, Goals & OKRs $8, Engagement $4 seat/month; add-ons Compensation +$6 and Grow +$4 seat/month. FAQ: 'Performance and Goals & OKRs can be unbundled and purchased individually for $8/month.'

After

Foundations at $13 seat/month; base products Performance $10, Goals & OKRs $8, Engagement $4 seat/month; add-ons Compensation +$6 and Grow +$4 seat/month. FAQ still reads 'Performance and Goals & OKRs can be unbundled and purchased individually for $8/month' — now contradicting the rate card.

Lattice held its list prices still for close to four years. Engagement, Grow and Compensation had not moved since November 2022; the anchor bundle had been $11 since May 2022 under three different page designs and two different names. Between the archived snapshots of 20 June 2026 and 15 July 2026 that ended.

Foundations went from $11 to $13 seat/month, an 18% rise. Performance went from $8 to $10 seat/month, a 25% rise. Nothing else on the card changed: Goals & OKRs stayed at $8, Engagement at $4, Compensation at +$6, Grow at +$4, and the minimum annual agreement at $4,000.

The shape of the increase says something. Lattice took price only on the two SKUs that anchor a performance-management deal and left every expansion module alone, which reads as a considered judgement about where elasticity sits rather than an across-the-board pass. It also landed nine months after Lattice made its AI Agent free for all customers — the seat absorbed the AI value rather than a meter capturing it.

One thing did not get updated. The pricing FAQ four screens below the card still answers “Can I purchase Performance or Goals & OKRs separately?” with “Yes. Performance and Goals & OKRs can be unbundled and purchased individually for $8/month.” That sentence was written in September 2024, when $8 was correct for both. As of 10 September 2026 the page publishes $10 and $8 for the same product in two places.
