Lattice made its AI Agent free for all customers and abandoned the plan to charge for it
The Lattice AI Agent left beta and became available to every customer at no additional cost. Lattice explicitly reversed its earlier signal that the Agent might become a paid feature, writing: 'We previously shared that the Agent may become a paid feature, but we've seen the impact it's already delivering.' There is still no AI meter, credit pool or token cap on any Lattice surface.

On 2 October 2025 Lattice took its AI Agent out of beta and gave it to every customer for nothing, publishing the reversal in plain language: “We previously shared that the Agent may become a paid feature, but we’ve seen the impact it’s already delivering.”
For a corpus tracking how vendors meter AI, this is the cleanest published example of a company choosing the other fork. Lattice’s agent operates exclusively on employee records that are already billed per seat, so a separate token, message or credit meter would have charged twice for the same unit of value. Instead the Agent sits under “All base products come with” on the rate card next to Analytics and Integrations, and the only documented limits are storage-shaped: 25 MB per Knowledge Vault file, 10 files per bulk upload.
Nineteen days later, on 21 October 2025, Lattice announced Habits and AI Agent Plus, an enhanced coaching assistant that joins meetings and runs practice conversations. No rate was published for Plus, and the string “AI Agent Plus” does not appear on the pricing page, the AI hub or the AI Agent product page as captured on 10 September 2026 — whether it is a paid tier remains unverified.
The seat price moved instead. Eight months after making the Agent free, Lattice raised Foundations from $11 to $13 per seat per month.
