Lattice deleted its HRIS, Payroll and Time Tracking SKUs from the rate card and put both products on a sunset path

Lattice’s system-of-record ambition lasted 13 months. Core HRIS was priced at $10 seat/mo in October 2024, discounted 50% at launch, expanded with Payroll at +$6 and Time Tracking at +$2 in May 2025 — and then removed. The archived pricing page carries the full HRIS column on 5 November 2025 and none of it on 7 November 2025; by the same 7 November snapshot the platform navigation has collapsed from Talent Suite / HRIS / Payroll / Time Tracking down to Talent Suite and AI.

The commercial mechanics of the wind-down are not documented on any first-party surface we could reach. Third-party migration coverage and customer reports put payroll access ending 31 March 2026 and HRIS access ending 31 July 2026, with customers credited for HRIS and payroll subscription fees through the transition period. The exact customer-notification date is unverified from Lattice sources; the Wayback series brackets the public removal to 5–7 November 2025.

Two details sharpen the story. Three weeks earlier, on 15 October 2025, Lattice had announced it was joining the Workday partner program, still describing itself in that release as a platform that “seamlessly integrates a modern HRIS with performance management, engagement insights, AI-driven analytics, payroll, and career development tools”. And nine months before the shutdown Lattice had reported 250% growth in HRIS customers.

Community reaction was concentrated among affected buyers rather than the wider market: an r/humanresources thread on the sunset drew 17 upvotes and 44 comments, including a customer who was mid-implementation when the notice landed. The pricing page itself says nothing about any of it — a buyer researching Lattice today has no first-party way to learn a whole product line was retired, while the AI Agent help article still branches on “If you are an HRIS customer”.
